Hotel performance reporting

From Night Audit to Morning Insight.

Your PMS already generates the information you need every night. DAS organizes the important financial and operational reports into a clear daily performance view.

For hotel groups and multi-property owners, compare performance across all your hotels from one place.

The problem

Too Many Reports. Not Enough Clarity.

Hotels already generate a large amount of useful information during the nightly audit. The problem is that the important numbers end up spread across multiple reports, attachments, emails, spreadsheets and PMS screens.

Before the first meeting of the day, someone has to go find:

  • Yesterday’s revenue
  • Occupancy
  • ADR
  • RevPAR
  • Forecast performance
  • Market segment performance
  • Month-to-date numbers
  • Property comparisons

For owners with several hotels, that hunt repeats property by property, every morning.

How it works

Four Steps. Nothing Changes on Property.

Your team keeps working exactly the way it works today. DAS picks up from the reports the night audit already produces.

  1. 01

Your PMS completes the night audit

The hotel continues using its existing PMS and its normal night-audit workflow. Nothing on property changes.

  2. 02

    Supported reports are received

Authorized hotel reports are delivered through the configured reporting workflow — the same reports your night audit already sends.

  3. 03

    Important information is organized

Relevant financial and operational metrics are read from those reports, checked, and standardized into a consistent shape.

  4. 04

    You see the results

The dashboard presents the day in a simple performance view, with month-to-date and year-to-date context alongside it.

We work alongside your existing hotel systems. DAS does not replace your PMS, and it is not somewhere your staff re-enter numbers.

What you see

Everything You Need to Understand Yesterday.

The metrics ownership and management actually ask about, in one place, in the same format every day.

Revenue

  • Total revenue
  • Room revenue
  • Revenue categories
  • Month-to-date revenue
  • Year-to-date revenue

Hotel performance

  • Occupancy %
  • ADR
  • RevPAR
  • Rooms sold
  • Rooms available

Forecast

  • Forecast occupancy
  • Forecast revenue
  • Upcoming performance information

Market segments

Performance by the market segments your reports carry — for example corporate, leisure, group, OTA, government or wholesale.

Which of these appear for your hotel depends on your PMS and on how its reports are configured. We will tell you exactly what we can read from your reports before you commit to anything.

Multi-property

One Owner. Multiple Hotels. One View.

Owners and management companies see every property side by side, without anyone manually combining reports into a spreadsheet first.

Compare what matters, across the whole group

  • Revenue comparison
  • Occupancy comparison
  • ADR comparison
  • RevPAR comparison
  • Property rankings
  • Portfolio performance

Pick a date range and see how each property performed against the others, and against itself a week or a month ago.

Access follows the org chart: a general manager can be limited to their own property, while ownership and regional teams see the full portfolio.

Why teams use it

Start Your Morning With Answers, Not Reports.

Save time

Spend less of the morning opening, scrolling and cross-checking separate reports.

See what matters

The KPIs leadership asks about are organized into one view instead of being buried in a stack of PDFs.

Compare properties

Understand how each hotel is performing relative to the others in the group.

Consistent reporting

The same metrics, in the same format, every day — so week-to-week comparisons mean something.

Better visibility

Give ownership and management a clearer, shared picture of daily hotel performance.

Nothing new to learn on property

Your night audit workflow stays as it is. No new system for the front desk to run.

Security & privacy

Hotel Data Deserves Serious Protection.

Hotel financial, operational and guest-related information is sensitive, and a portfolio view makes it more sensitive still. These are the principles the product is actually built on.

Authorized access only

Every page requires a sign-in. There is no publicly reachable dashboard URL — unauthenticated requests never receive hotel content.

Property-level permissions

Each user is tied to the hotels they are allowed to see. A property-level user cannot open another hotel’s dashboard, and other hotels’ figures are removed from the portfolio page before it is sent to their browser — not merely hidden in it.

Secure transmission

The site is served over HTTPS, and the session cookie is signed, HTTP-only and restricted to the site’s own origin.

Sessions that expire

Sessions time out after a period of inactivity, so an unattended browser on a back-office machine does not stay signed in indefinitely.

Data minimization

We keep the performance figures the dashboard needs. Raw report files are not published with the site, and we do not collect hotel data we have no reason to show.

Limited guest information

The product is built around performance and financial reporting, not guest profiles. Guest-level detail is kept out of the reporting views wherever the metric does not require it.

What we don’t claim. DAS does not hold SOC 2, PCI, ISO or HIPAA certification, and we do not offer an uptime guarantee. If your organization requires a formal security review, contact us and we will walk you through how the system actually works.

Compatibility

Designed to Work With Supported Reports From Hotel PMS Platforms.

We won’t tell you it works with every PMS — nobody can. What we can read from your hotel depends on:

  • Your PMS
  • The report format
  • Your hotel’s configuration
  • Which reports are available

Send us a sample of the reports your night audit produces and we will tell you plainly what we can and cannot pull from them.

FAQ

Questions We Get Asked First.

Does this replace our PMS?

No. DAS works alongside your existing hotel systems and organizes information from supported reports. Your PMS stays exactly where it is, and your night audit does not change.

Do hotel staff need to manually enter numbers?

No — that is the point. DAS is designed to use the reporting workflow your hotel already runs, so there is no daily data entry for your team.

Can I use this with multiple hotels?

Yes. The product is built for multi-property reporting: each hotel gets its own dashboard, and a portfolio view compares them.

Can users be restricted to specific hotels?

Yes. Each user account is tied to the hotels it may see. A manager limited to one property cannot open another hotel’s dashboard, and other hotels’ figures are stripped from the portfolio page before it reaches their browser.

What hotel information can be displayed?

Depending on the reports available, this can include revenue, room revenue, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, rooms sold and available, forecast information, market segments, and month-to-date and year-to-date performance.

Does it support every PMS?

No. Compatibility depends on the PMS, the report format and your hotel’s configuration. Share a sample report set with us and we will confirm what is readable before you commit to anything.

How often is the dashboard updated?

DAS is built around the nightly audit cycle, so the dashboard reflects the most recent completed business day.

Can I see a demo?

Yes. Use the Request a Demo form below and tell us a little about your properties and your PMS.
